Classic Pro Reacher:
How do I measure myReacher?
The length is from the end of the Reacher (jaw) to the top of the handle. This will either be our standard 26″ or longer 32″ length.
Is the reacher handle made of rubber or plastic?
The handle is made of Latex free plastic with a comfortable non slip grip
What is the black hook for at the end of the reacher?
This is the dressing post, It can be used to hook socks, pull clothing around the body etc.
What lengths does the Classic Pro Grabber come in?
Standard size (26″/65cm) or longer size (32″/82cm) – Make sure you select the correct length when ordering.
What is the weight of the Classic Pro pick up stick?
26″/65cm – 320g
32″/82cm – 360g
What is the heaviest weight I can pick up with my reacher tool?
We advise you to not pick up objects greater than 1kg as this will stretch the cord inside
Does my grabber come with a stick clip?
Yes it does, however some customers prefer to buy extra in case this one gets lost, broken or for extra stability (one at the top and one at the bottom)
Can I buy extra clips?

I have lost my magnet – Can I get another one?
Yes you can, Give us a call 01531 635 678 and we will be able to send you one in the post. All you need to do is use some strong adhesive to attach your new magnet to your grabber.
What is the lifetime guarantee?
Your faithful friend for over 21 years our reachers/grabbers are well used. We will be happy to give yours a freshen up if they stop working (as a result of general wear and tear not misuse).
Can I use this Reacher outdoors for litter picking?
No, This grabber is for indoor use only. We have a website for all your litter picking needs – clickhere
Soxon Sock Aid:
Can I use this sock aid for support/compression socks/stockings?
No, The Soxon is designed to be used with everyday socks. Support/Compression socks/stockings would simply crush the frame making it very hard to pull the stockings on your foot. What types ofsocks can I use with this sock applicator?
Ankle, casual, trainer, cotton socks, pop socks, nylon tights and stockings.
Does the Soxon help take socks off too?
Unfortunately not, We would recommend using our long handledshoe hornor aClassic Pro Reacher. These aids will help to push the socks or stockings down.
What are the lengths of the fabric tapes?

How can I wash the Soxon?
This sock aid is machine washable at 40 degrees.
What is the Soxon fabric?

Can this be used one handed?
Yes, the sock aid features long tapes with handles at the end. They can either be used in the hand or around the wrist for a secure hold.

What length is the shoe horn?

Can I hang the shoe horn up for easy storage?
Yes this as a handy hanging cord loop at the top of the shoe horn.
Comfi-Grip Toe-Foot Sponge:
Can I remove the head on the sponge?
No, This sponge is attached to the long handle. Our sponges do not have interchangeable heads
How long is the sponge?
26″ / 65cm
Can I bend/curve the handle on the sponge?
All of our long handled sponges and brushes can have their handles ‘set’ in a bend /curve position to help you to reach around your body more easily. This can be done by slowly pouring hot water over the handle to soften the plastic, or alternatively, heat the handle with a hair dryer for 5-10 mins until it is easy to bend. Bend the handle to the desired angle and hold in position. Hold with a towel if it is too hot. Cool the handle under cold water for a few minutes to fix into place.
Please be careful to not burn yourself.
